Opening times & Site Rules

COVID 19 Re-opening:

We’re back! We have quietly reopened. Our opening times are:

10am til 4pm everyday

Please note the following restrictions:

  • Only the carpark, reserve and compost toilet are open.
  • Parking is restricted to control visitor numbers. If there are no spaces, please come back another time.
  • Picnic tables are available but they are not cleaned, please take your own precautions
  • All visitors must follow the latest government advice on social distancing

As always, please keep to the trails, keep dogs on short leads and pick up all litter.

Wardens will be out on the reserve for your safety and assistance, please say hello if you see them!

  • All dogs to be on leads at all times
    • many of our regular visitors fear dogs, such as young children and vulnerable adults. We also have sheep grazing on the reserve and many wild animals such as deer and foxes.
  • No dog fouling on site
    • there are several dog waste bins around the reserve.
  • No smoking on the reserve
    • there is a cigarette bin available in the carpark

All persons who now become Members will automatically be provided with all the necessary ‘Out of hours’ access arrangements including many other benefits associated with Membership.
