Our Aims

To provide cycling opportunities for ALL people irrespective of their individual ability or obstacles

To provide a friendly, safe and fun environment for developing cycling skills, improving fitness and exploring Watchtree Nature Reserve by cycle

To develop into a 'hub' for all ability cycling in Cumbria

To inspire, encourage, train and continually support all of our users

The Watchtree Wheelers Cycle Centre is a newly established cycle centre in the North West of Cumbria since officially opening on the 10th of July 2009 we have strived to develop as an all emcompassing cycling centre and will continue to do so for many years to come.

The benefits of cycling are easily recognised: as well as being a great form of gentle exercise cycling helps to improve balance, co-ordination and confidence within a group activity. Cycling promotes social inclusion, friendship and team work.

In the various sections of these "Watchtree Wheelers" pages you will find details of our fleet, our session availability, how we are funded and much more. Please take a moment to look around - if you require further information or would like to book a session, get in touch via the details below.
