We are open everyday and its free to visit. Dogs welcome but must be on leads.

MEADOW CRAZY. TWO FOR THE PRICE OF ONE! Two walks to look forward to in June.

Walk 1: Thursday 20th June at 11am. Hay meadows  - sample the colours and diversity of our splendid grasslands. FREE

Walk 2: Sunday 30th June at 10:30am. Hay meadows -your chance to see wild flowers and meadowlands close up! FREE

Recent wildlife sightings: Tawny Owl, Curlew, Otter, Skylark, Brown Hare (boxing!) Wood Mouse, Whitethroat and Sedge Warbler...and so much more.

Bring your cameras and get snapping - submit to tim@watchtree.co.uk and we'll consider the images for our 2014 calendar. This Barn Owl, apart from being very photogenic, loves the camera! (images Tim lawrence). Short-eared Owl also sighted recently!

What we do: School based environmental education, orienteering courses and sessions, children holiday activities, Watchtree Wheelers, Cafe, Bird hides, Conservation management, Volunteering (every Wednesday at 10:30am), John Muir Award.

We sell a great cup of coffee including cappuccino, latte and mocaccino. Flapjacks and juices also available. Grab your cup at any time but I find they taste better after a stroll through the woodlands!
